I grew up in Miami on the "Patel Compound" a collection of houses built by my grandfather and his brother for their children and their children's family. We were all part of a big family business and grew up very close. When I was 10, I wanted to be an architect and went to Rice University to study Architecture. After living in Houston, New York, L.A., and Paris, I moved back to Miami to start a real estate design and development company.
Once I was ready to date seriously, I got on the dating apps, and was open to being set up. I met Pooja on Coffee Meets Bagel and we immediately hit it off. We now live together with her pup, Sukhi, in Coral Gables as she finishes Law School and I try and grow my business.
